ERCC MISSION STATEMENT As residents of East Rockhill Township, we the members of East Rockhill Conservation Community (ERCC) are committed to pursuing everything in our power to prevent owner, Richard Pierson Inc. from operating the Rockhill Quarry and Asphalt Plant at the property leased from Hanson Properties on North Rockhill Road in ERT. Our comprehensive, multi-prong approach will address all issues associated with quarry/asphalt operations and their impact on ERT residents.
